Our Hotel stands in its own grounds away from the bustle of the town but still within walking distance of the beaches and town centre. We are a totally non smoking establishment, this includes all bedrooms.
Car parking is not a problem, we have ample parking space within the grounds of the hotel.
Our comfortable bedrooms are all en-suite with full central heating, tastefully decorated, and include colour TV’s, hair dryer and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.
Access to our ground floor rooms is made easy via the ramped entrance for our less abled guests.

Children over 4 and under 15 years of age sharing a room with two parents are charged a nominal fee of £20 per night for bed and breakfast.

Approaching Tenby on A478, 200 yards after passing the road sign 'Walled Town & North Beach' take the left fork sign posted with brown tourism sign showing bed symbol and Cottage Court. Cottage Court Hotel is on your left 300 yards ahead. The hotel is approx. 850 yds. distance from the town and beach.
The Wales Tourist Board who has awarded us with Category 3 access has assessed Cottage Court Hotel with the disabled person in mind.
What this means to us is –
We have a minimum of one bedroom suitable for a disabled person who is able to walk a few paces and who is not dependant on a wheelchair for mobility within the premises.
You can reach the Cottage Court Hotel via a tarmac drive. There are 5 level bays at the front with the remainder at the back via an incline. Unfortunately we do not have specific designated parking bays for the disabled but we can allocate a bay if required.
There are 2 entrances to the Cottage Court Hotel;
Entrance 1 - which accesses direct to the ground floor via an uncovered ramped access, which has a handrail on one side, a level platform at the top and is 1.2m wide with a near horizontal rise. The doorway is 800mm wide, which is the same width as the corridor to the ground floor rooms, making it not suitable for wheelchairs due to the turning circle of the wheelchair. The bedroom measures approx 3m * 3m and the room doorway is 820mm wide, with the bathroom doorway being 750mm.
This en-suite bathroom measures approx 3m * 3m and has a standard bath with shower / shower curtain fitted, wash hand basin and WC (gap between loo & basin approx. 900mm). There is a drop down rail and fixed wall rail at the toilet, a grab rail at the wash hand basin and a grab rail at the bath. A bath board is available.
We have another ground floor en-suite room, which has a 850mm wide doorway, but its bathroom doorway is 700mm wide. This room has wash hand basin, WC and a 750mm square shower, which you step up into (approx 150mm) with no grab rails fitted. The bedroom and en-suite bathroom measurements are similar to the above room.
The dining room, bar, and lounge are on the same level, but have normal fire doors between each area.
Entrance 2 – main entrance for all other guests has one small step at the front door entering the porch, with 2 further normal steps aided by a handrail entering into the Reception area.
The 1st floor is reached via a standard domestic staircase, handrail on one side only, there is a half landing followed by another set of slightly steeper steps, with handrail on opposite side to stairs below. The remainder of bedrooms are accessed via a 1.2m width corridor with 700mm fire doors located at intervals.
The numbers on all doors are engraved brass, and are located at standing eye level. Door locks are located at chest height except for those on the ground floor, which are at waist height.
Our staff have been trained via “Welcome Host” in disability awareness, and would be pleased to assist whether that entails porterage, menu description etc etc.
